		<description>In the state of Texas, you have to have a marriage license at least three days in advance to your wedding to make it official.  So unless you&#039;re on a three to four day bender, those kinds of problems are unlikely.  Unless you get drunk a lot of and decide to go common law, I suppose.</description>
