Since the common marmoset’s genus and species is Callithrix jacchus, I nominate “jacchus hammer,” a la the human male penis euphemism, “jackhammer,” for the slang.

I don’t know what a marmoset is let alone it’s penis. I think this one belongs to a giraffe.
