We’re fans of plain carrier (or base) oils: they’re simple and natural, made from one product, such as almonds, apricots or grapeseeds (if you’re allergic to nuts, use apricot or grapeseed oil).
Of course, there are some beautifully blended oils out there too and if you frequently have the best myofascial release frisco offers, then you’ll probably know which oils you like best and what you enjoy the most. These will include a number of different oils and usually, come with a scent. Be careful that neither you nor your partner have any skin sensitivities, aroma aversions, or contraindications (e.g. some oils aren’t suitable for pregnancy, for example). Do your research first. If you’re not sure, best to stick with 100% apricot oil.
